1. Scope
My Karya Kit provides browser-based utilities for personal and professional productivity. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
2. Local browser processing
Supported file and data tools are designed to process selected content in your browser. You are responsible for keeping copies of important source files and verifying important outputs before relying on them.
3. File and content responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right or necessary authorization to upload, process, transform, share or download any file, text, image, document or other content you use with My Karya Kit. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality or other rights, or to facilitate fraud, harassment, spam, impersonation, unauthorized access or other unlawful activity.
4. Calculator and informational tools
Calculators, converters, generators and similar utilities are provided for informational and educational purposes. Outputs can contain rounding, implementation or input-related errors and should be independently verified when accuracy matters.
5. Financial information
Financial calculators are general-purpose tools and are not personalized investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. Nothing on My Karya Kit is intended as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a security.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse My Karya Kit, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, introduce malicious content, infringe another person's rights, or use the service to violate applicable law.
7. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or remove tools and features. We work to keep My Karya Kit available, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output.
8. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for decisions made using service outputs and for maintaining appropriate backups and independent checks.
9. Advertising and external websites
My Karya Kit has connected Google AdSense and may display Google advertising on eligible pages after approval and activation. Relevant advertising and privacy disclosures are described in the Privacy Policy. Advertising may link to third-party websites. My Karya Kit does not control those external sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, availability or transactions; review the applicable third party's terms and privacy policy before using an external site.
10. Legal and third-party materials
Third-party software used by My Karya Kit remains subject to its applicable license terms. See the published Third-Party Notices for the current direct dependency license inventory. Copyright, trademark and other legal concerns can be raised through the Legal Notices page.
11. Updates
These terms may be updated as My Karya Kit changes features, service providers or legal requirements. The latest published version controls future use of the service.
